Emanuel has a network of professionals who share in the mission and assists in strategically planning each project.

Natasha Chatman
Natasha Chatman brings over 15 years of project management experience to Carolina Affordable Homes. Utilizing her expertise, she conducts feasibility studies to ensure projects are mutually beneficial to all parties involved. Additionally, Natasha actively monitors budgetary constraints and project timelines, while also overseeing marketing efforts and managing social media accounts.
